Using our internally developed ConnextionsWay educational methodology, Connextions University provides for internal certification, skills and knowledge enhancement giving employees additional opportunities for advancement within our organization. One successful example of our specialized career training involves our College of Insurance, which trains individuals who wish to become licensed insurance agents, and to participate in Connextions' tele-agent sales capability.
