Leslie Pecci brings more than 20 years of experience to her role. Under her direction, ConnextionsHealth works with many of the nation's most respected health plans, helping them to build their member acquisition, retention and service capabilities.

Mrs. Pecci founded and served as the Managing Principal of Pecci Consulting LLC, where she assisted major health plans on change management, leadership development, contact center operations, talent management and customer life cycle management.

Previously, she served as Vice President of Business Development for Convergys Corporation, where she provided customer service solutions for Fortune 500 companies, and was Senior Director of Client Development and Implementation for Convergys' Customer Management Group, one of the world's largest outsourcing firms.

She also served as Senior Director and Integration Manager for MATRIXX Marketing - a Convergys predecessor company - where she led the integration and contract between MATRIXX and AT&T American Transtech, an acquisition valued at $500 million. Previously, she was Senior Director of Operations Development for AT&T Solutions Customer Care for fifteen years.
